Yet, most communities have no system in place for identifying and helping members of this vulnerable group. Janis Foo, a second-year Yale Law student from the school's Community Economic &amp;amp; Development Clinic sat down with Rosanne Haggerty, a MacArthur Genius Grant recipient and the founder of &lt;a href="http://www.commonground.org/"&gt;Common Ground&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://cmtysolutions.org/"&gt;Community Solutions&lt;/a&gt;, to discuss her organizations' national efforts to end homelessness.&lt;br&gt;
